- microgreens 101 -
Microgreens are tiny, immature plants of various vegetables. They are grown from seed and harvested just a few weeks after germination.
Seeds are densely in a shallow container with a growing medium (we use soil). The containers are placed in a environmentally controlled area and watered regularly. Within a few days to a couple of weeks, the microgreens leaves will have emerged and they are ready for harvest.
Microgreens are not only delicious but also packed with essential vitamins and minerals, making them a popular choice for health conscious individuals and culinary enthusiasts alike.
How to order
step 1:
Take a look at our amazing selection of fresh vegetables and microgreens. We offer a variety of fresh premium microgreens, mushrooms, seasonal leafy greens, root vegetables and herbs.
Step 2:
Once you have your items ready to go, place them in your cart and proceed to our secure checkout. You will receive a confirmation email for your order. For wholesale orders or items not on our website, please contact us.
step 3:
Once your order has been confirmed, we will follow up with the delivery schedule. Our delivery days are Wednesdays and Fridays. FYI orders for the Wednesday should be in by Monday evening 8p.m and Orders for Friday delivery should be in Wednesday by 8.pm.
